Seabrook Island Amenity App<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Effective June 1, 2025 Seabrook Island will no longer be using physical card for access to the island amenities.\u00a0\u00a0As part of this upgrade, all amenity cards are now electronic and accessed through the Seabrook Island Club app. Instead of a physical card, you will receive a digital QR code\/member number\u00a0within the app that can be scanned directly from your device for entry and to charge purchases during your stay.<\/p>

The app is available on the Apple Store or the Google Play Store (Scan the QR codes at the bottom of the app to open those apps.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What is the Amenity app?<\/strong><\/p>

Seabrook Island is a cashless community.\u00a0 The\u00a0Seabrook Island Club Amenity app is required to access Club (golf, tennis, fitness,\u00a0dining, and facilities).\u00a0 You will be able to book reservations for any of the amenities directly from the app.\u00a0\u00a0The app not only gets you access to the facilities but you attach a credit card to it and use it to pay for the different amenities.\u00a0 \u00a0On the day you arrive you will receive the username and password to access the app.<\/p>

On the front page of the app you will see member cards.\u00a0 Clicking that will generate a QR code which you will use to access any of the facilities (you previously used the card).\u00a0 The QR code is regenerated every 60 seconds.\u00a0 Do not try to share a screenshot of the QR code as it expires 60 seconds later and would be useless.\u00a0\u00a0If you try to use a QR code and it doesn’t work press the back button at the top of the page and then press the member card icon to regenerate a new QR code.<\/p>

What is the best way to order\/use the Amenity app?<\/strong><\/p>

This really depends on the group you are traveling with.\u00a0 The following are a couple of ways we have seen people order\/use the app:<\/p>

  1. Use one credit card everyone shares the same number\u00a0– In the order form select 0 for additional device logins.\u00a0 Everyone in your group\u00a0uses the same app login information.\u00a0 This is the easiest way to use the app.\u00a0 However, you cannot identify the charges to an individual since you are all using the same number.<\/li>
  2. Use one credit card everyone gets a different number. – When you submit your app order you will request a device login for each individual.\u00a0 On the day you arrive you will receive a card number for each card you requested.\u00a0 Each card has the same number with a different letter to identify each card.\u00a0(i.e. if you order 3 cards your will receive a main card number 1234 the next two cards would be 1234A and 1234B)\u00a0 You will be able to see who charged something within the app.<\/li>
  3. Use multiple credit cards – This is best when traveling with multiple families.\u00a0 Each family would order an amenity app with a different\u00a0credit card attached.\u00a0 You can then use one of the two approaches above (one login or multiple logins).<\/li><\/ol>

    Please be careful when getting amenity cards\/apps.\u00a0 The card is basically a credit card which can be used on the island.\u00a0 If lost you will be responsible for all charges on the card.<\/p>

    What is the cost of the Amenity card?<\/strong><\/p>

    As a guest you will receive the Amenity card free of charge (normal fee is $125 per week).\u00a0<\/p>

    How do I get my Amenity card?<\/strong><\/p>

    21 days before you arrive we will send you an email requesting you to order your amenity App.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

    How do I make a reservation for one of the amenities?<\/strong><\/p>

    Renters can make reservations three days in advance.\u00a0 To make a reservation you can use the app or\u00a0call the following amenities:\u00a0<\/p>
