1974 750 SFC<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easily the most desirable Laverda of all, this 1974 SFC 750 has impeccable provenance and authenticity. \u00a0Spectacularly original the bike appears on the Massimo Borghesi Laverda 750 SFC\u00a0 registry as entry 172.\u00a0 This amazing time capsule was the first 1974 SFC 750 ever sold in the United Kingdom, and as a consequence was featured in the December 1974 issue of leading UK bike mag, Motor Cycle.<\/p>\n

In 1985 it was one of seven SFC\u2019s imported by Victorian dealership Kendal Honda, located at the time in Richmond (Melbourne).\u00a0 Prior to selling this bike was presented on the cover of the \u00a0March 15-28 edition of Motorcycle News and was the main road-test feature of the magazine.<\/p>\n

The bike sold in 1985 to Sydney collector John Dawson, who over the following years ensured it was returned to perfectly original condition, and whilst in his care the bike featured as the exclusive cover for Italian Motorcycles magazine.<\/p>\n

In 2005 the bike was purchased by renown author\/publisher Ian Falloon and would go on to feature in multiple articles and publications, including Vintage Motorcycles, Motorcycle Trader, and a full section dedicated to the SFC in hardcover book, The Laverda Twins & Tripples Bible.<\/p>\n
