In our opinion, Magni is one of the most underrated specialist bike builders from what many consider the glory days of motorcycling. Former head of the dominate MV Agusta Racing Department from 1950 through to it\u2019s close in 1977, Arturo Magni was one of the worlds pre-eminent motorcycle engineers. After closure of the official MV Racing Department, Arturo, together with sons Carlo and Giovani, opened their own specialist company, EPM (Elabocazioni Preparazioni Magni), specialising in producing road-going versions of the world-championship winning MV Agusta Grand Prix bikes.<\/p>\n

With MV eventually closing its doors towards the end of the 70\u2019s, Arturo looked elsewhere for an engine supplier and signed agreement with Honda for supply of their CB900F Bol d\u2019Or power-train. First released in 1980, Magni would produce two versions of the Magni-Honda; the MH1 was a naked version which used the CB900F suspension, brakes and wheels. The MH2 was a more up-speced evolution, fully faired with Ceriani forks, Brembo brakes and EPM wheels. Around 300 units were produced in 1980-1981, many going to Germany where the machine was hugely successful and till this day is awarded cult status<\/p>\n

This is spectacularly original example is with out Dutch agent and has travelled only 32,000k\u2019s. The seat is newly upholstered, but the original is included. A very rare motorcycle that has been meticulously maintained and loved from purchase to present.<\/p>\n
